COD AW - Update/Clan Wars & The Prizes...

So as promised, this is what I won from finishing first in the Clan Wars, I'm also going to share my thoughts on the two new weapons I have received from being a season pass holder, and my thoughts on the new game patch that went live not so long ago...

So first things first can I get a drum roll please...

And the Winner is?! Dweelan!! Woohooo #Obviously

Again I'm really sorry about the picture quality here, I promise that when I get the capture card it will be much better (In my opinion). So yes we won the Centurion Pants and our clan has reached the dizzy heights of level 22, this is to go with the previous prizes won The Centurion Exo, The Centurion Knee Guards (Shin pads) and the Centurion gloves, below is a picture of what they look like again poor quality (So shoot me)...

So that's that, I'm not too sure what other prizes can be won, I know there's a centurion Helmet, maybe a top and boots I'm guessing, well i'll let you know how our clan progresses and what prizes we can reap :D

The second subject is with regards to the recent call of duty patch that was sent out to everyone not so long ago, as soon I logged in I had received two very smart looking weapons, the Ohm - Werewolf and the Ohm, in my humble opinion the Ohm is the better designed because the colour orange is #Awesome and it looks like it has teeth around the front of the gun, and scary teeth are just what you need as a COD player regardless of skill level :P

Now I've used these two weapons and I'm quite impressed with the short range shotgun option, but the long range just doesn't do it for me, I struggle with the long range kills on this gun, it might just take some getting used to though, as I like to use the hybrid sight on my AK12 R.I.P for long range gun fights, I'd probably say that my long range skills are much much better than my short range ones, which is slightly weird considering I prefer the short range on this gun.

But to sum up, two very good guns with great damage stats, the let down for me is that they are classified as 'Heavy Weapons' so it's slow and sluggish to move around with them.

Moving onto my final point of being able to buy supply drops which are known as Advanced supply drops, this is only currently available on the Xbox One (these are going to be released on other platforms later on), and can be bought in multiples of 1, 3, 5 or 10, if you buy the 5 pack you receive an extra one or if you buy the 10 pack you receive an extra 3, each supply drop guarantees you 3 items, and at least 1 gun above professional level, they also come with there own armory slot, so if you're full that's fine :P but the word on the street is that the drop rate for the really great items is still pretty low, and its still pretty similar to opening a standard supply drop, and would I want to pay for the privilege of having some more clothing for my character? erm... nope.

Having said that though, you can get some exclusive items out of these drops, so it all depends on whether you're the gambling sort. I would probably buy a couple to see what I get, but just for the excitement of opening one, there's always a moment of awe when you hear that noise and then your heart beat raises slightly when you hear 'Elite' you're like woooohoooo!!! Or is that just me?
